We offer a no return policy due to each item being made to order. 

Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there. 

The current production time is 1-3 business days. Unless otherwise mentioned in the specific listing. This does NOT include shipping time.

Please contact your postal service and file a claim, once the package is out of my hands I am no longer responsible for it. Please contact me if the postal service can not help you and we will figure out our options. 

We do not allow any refunds or cancellations but please contact us if something is wrong with your order 

Coffee Mugs can be used in the dishwasher and in the microwave Top Rack Recommended

TShirts- For the Longest Life of you Shirt, Please no dry cleaning, ironing and no bleach.

Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to come up with a solution. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will assure expectations of size, color, etc. Due to all orders being personalized, we do not give refunds. 

We will hold your product for up to a month after the 30 days is up the product is discarded and there is no refunds as it is a customized product.
